We recommend that you come in with clean skin (no products) to ensure that your treatment is fully optimized. Bring any questions and concerns that you have. Then get ready to relax and enjoy yourself!

Chemical peels have a downtime of 10 days. You’ll notice that skin begins to peel 3 to 5 days after receiving treatment.

If you are undergoing extractions, it’s absolutely normal to develop scabbing after treatment. It may look scary because they are dark, but don’t worry at all! Make sure that you do your best to not pick at them, as they’ll come off on their own without leaving a mark.

To book an appointment, we require a 25% deposit to secure your slot. The deposit goes toward your service cost and the remaining balance is paid at check-out.
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If notice is given within this period, we’ll consider it late notice where we retain your deposit and charge a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will result in a 100% charge of service and future booking privileges will be forfeited.
